What vendors and infrastructure do you support?+
We support the full spectrum of enterprise infrastructure — IBM, Dell, Cisco, HPE, H3C, Huawei and more. On the cloud side, we manage and optimise across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google GCP and all major productivity and collaboration platforms. We are vendor-agnostic: we recommend what is right for your environment, not what generates the highest margin for us.
Can we access our B-BBEE certificate immediately?+
Yes. As a B-BBEE Level 1 Exempted Micro Enterprise, our certificate is self-certified via sworn affidavit — no audit delays or certification timelines. We provide your certificate on demand, immediately. It is valid for 12 months and can be used for tender submissions, procurement audits or any compliance requirement.
We already have an internal IT person — do we still need Nirvanatek?+
Many of our strongest client relationships work alongside an internal IT resource. Your internal person knows your business; we bring specialist depth, vendor relationships, 24×7 monitoring capability and strategic oversight that no single internal resource can provide alone. We complement — never compete with — your existing team.
